Subpoena Information Requests

Just like all other telecommunications companies, we are legally required to assist law enforcement and comply with subpoenas, discovery requests, and court orders while providing the protection necessary to maintain the privacy rights and confidentiality of our clients.

Please ensure that each request contains the following requisite information in order to most expediently process the information sought:

• The category of information necessary stated with particularity (e.g. name associated with a subscriber’s telephone number)
• The time frame associated with such information
• Any associated deadlines for provision
• A point of contact, including an address, email, and phone number
